Default Having trouble installing stock by attributes

I am having trouble installing the stock by attributes add on. I tried to follow the instructions but I am missing the admin folder in my directory.

I bought the site from someone else last summer and zencart was already installed. So i am not sure why i have no admin folder but i can not add the rest of the needed files.

    My version...
    Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

So I am not sure what else to do. I also ran the sql files that came with stock by attributes and it ran fine but i still dont see the stock by attributes under catalog on the admin page.

What else could i be missing?

    Dr.
They have changed the name of the admin folder to another folder name for security hacking reasons.. If you try to log into your admin panel you will see the url in the address bar within your browswer.. You will notice the name www.yourwebsite/???????...
The ????? are the answer... So then you will drop the files or winmerge them before you place them in... don't drop on top of a core if possible...

    Dr,
You are most welcome, when you pay for a existing site she is a bearcat to figure out sometimes what they renamed the admin panel and did they create an override structure... Just remember to upgrade one day to 139h ....

I installed Stock By Attributes and I jacked up my whole checkout process and it wasnt showing my products without attributes as being out of stock if a person selected more then what I had on hand. I reverted to my backup to fix the issue but it didnt fix my problem of managing my stock by different sizes and colors.

What I mean is lets say I have a product and it has attributes and a product that doesnt. If I add the product that doesnt have attribes to the cart and there is only 2 on hand and I want to purchase 3 "I dont want to allow backorder so I turned that off" I dont get an alert that the product is out of stock for the qt I selected. But If I put a product with attirbutes in the cart first and then the product without the attribute second it shows up out of stock on the product I selected qt of 3 for without the attribute.

Has anyone else had this problem?

What Do I Do Next. I dont want attributes for every product and I dont want listing for the same product with Small, Medium, Large and in 25 differnet colors. Thats 75 items I have to build.
