when does the "Customer Status Updated" email go out?

I know it goes out when i approve my customers ( Red to Green ). Does it go out in any other cases?

The reason i am asking this is, i don't like how the email my customers get reads when i approve them after registering. However, before changing it to something that is more specific to that case, i want to make sure they won't get that email in any other cases because that will really confuse them.
