OK, I have the Military discount plugin so I can accept military addresses. The problem is customers are dumb, I mean they can't figure out that AE equals Armed Forces Europe.
So I want to modify the file that has these drop downs and change just the military one to the abbreviations that everyone knows.
Where do I find this file???

You can edit your Zone names via Admin->Locations/Taxes->Zones
