Zen Cart 1.3.9 is designed to work on PHP 5. There is no PHP patch required.
What exactly do you mean by "it is not working" ???

Hi DrByte
Thanks for your reply.
My ZC 1.3.8a worked fine with php 5.2.17.
Now I upgraded my php to 5.3.5.
"it is not working" means the following error in the home page.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_diff() in /usr/local/latest/apache/htdocs/AIC/htdocs/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 1476
ZC v1.3.8a will not work with PHP5.3, without a patch. V1.3.9 is fine with it.
Correct. You need to upgrade to 1.3.9 if you're going to run on PHP 5.3.x

I had lot of changes in my current store templates.
Also there are six ADD-ONs are running in the site.
1. SEO URL
2. Attribute Setting
3. News & Article Management
4. Ceon URI Mapping (SEO) config
5. Subscription Manager
6. Admin Settings
7.COWOA
How to do this without missing any ADD-ONs and Modules?
If the mods use the template/override system, their files will not be touched by the upgrade. Some of these mods have to modify core files, so you will have to compare the list of mods' files with the changelog and see if any of them have been changed in the core version since the latest mod version. If so, you will have to merge the mod and core changes. If not, you can just re-upload the mod files over the upgraded Zen Cart version.
