    Default 3D Secure Problems

    Hi All,

We've been having major issues with 3D secure. Basically when you enter your password you get the following message in the iframe "Address not found..." It seems as though when you enter the password you get taken to a broken link.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    web address - www.cocoa-bee.co.uk

Is there anyway of switching of 3D secure process?

    Thanks,
    Andy

Is does not appear that you have or are setup with a SSL Certificate

I get this when adding an "s" to your http address
    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.cocoa-bee.co.uk.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
    (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

3D Secure is required if you're a UK merchant offering PayPal Website Payments Pro Payflow Edition. It is MasterCard who is requiring this.

If you're only offering Express Checkout then you won't need 3D Secure, and indeed it won't be triggered.
Or if you're not a UK merchant, then setting the Website Payments Pro module's "country" setting to NOT be UK will prevent the 3D Secure features from triggering.
