Need help closing gaps

After much searching and tinkering I still can't work out how to close a gap. My site is not online yet but I have been modifying the classic template. The gap exists on that if you want to know what I mean. It is the gap below the logowrapper (i think thats what its called) and above the main content.
Please help, getting frustrated

That just removes the tagline text.

I battled this awhile back and kind of forgot but think its the tagline wrapper?
I have --
#taglineWrapper {height: 0px;}

Hmm that didn't seem to work either. I tried putting it with other wrapper controls and at the bottom to no avail
