Why wont my images go any bigger?

Hi, iam trying to make the pictures a bit bigger on my products listings.

But for some reason it wont go any bigger, i can make them smaller but that is the biggest they will go on my product listings.

did you check your settings here?

Admin>Configuration>Images>Product Listing Width
and
Admin>Configuration>Images>Product Listing Height

Hi, yes i've tried that. Its currently set at:
Width 500
Height 400

No matter what value i put in it stays the same unless i go under:
Width 200
Height 160

Than it goes smaller, other than that it wont go any bgger, no matter what value i put in.

I thought it might be the space availale, so i put 4 Columns instead of 3. and fits fine, and pictures remain same size.

So i dont know why the images cant get any bigger

How big are the actual images (in pixels)? The setting won't make them bigger, as that would also make them blurry. You should use thumbnails that are the same size you want for the listing images display.

looks like all are 150 X 112. try increasing size as recommended.

Iam using Image Handler2, have noticed it is set as default size is 150 x 112, how can i change this value?

Hi, managed to sort it out now
The pictures was too small thats why i couldnt make it any bigger.
