Default Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing

I've also just started to have paypal issues on two sites.

Wondering if paypal have changed/updated something.

Paypal have even sent me this email:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    https://web146.secure-secure.co.uk/m...in_handler.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

That simply confirms that PayPal isn't getting the desired response when it posts transaction updates to that address.

If suddenly NONE of your transactions are coming through, then you'll need to fix whatever's breaking the script and/or communications.

If no transactions are missing, then it's likely just croaking on unrelated stuff like ebay payments or something.
