Diffent shipping method needed for 1 product

I have done a quick search and didnt see anything that matched exactly. Website is thepartsshoppe.com and all products are currently set to FLAT RATE shipping under Shipping Modules. All products were able to ship using USPS flat rate small box. That was until recently when I added a larger item (Bicycle Products | Selle SMP Saddles) which should be under USPS flat rate Medium box. Is there a way to allow all products to continue to use flat rate small box and SMP Saddles to use medium box at a higher shipping cost? Maybe a surcharge on this product?

Further, if someone buys mixed products, (ones that would go small flat rate box and one that goes in the large flat rate box), then all of the products would ship in the large flat rate box.

I think maybe the surcharge would be the easiest solution. Is there a way to do that?
