Orders status history - error message

After installed edit order 3 and seo url

when the costumer click in"My Account Information"
click "View" show order history


than get this error , whats the problem ?

You installed the Ty Tracker integration in Edit Orders without installing Ty Package Tracker. Go back and read the Edit Orders install documentation and decide what you want to do (pull this out or install Ty Package Tracker).
