Default Blank page when try to edit orders that are payed with credit card

Normally, when an order ships, I edit the order in Zen Cart to update the status to "Shipped", however, when I try to do this to customers' orders which were payed with, with a credit card, I only see a blank page.

Could anyone please tell me what is causing this?

Is it for one order or all orders?
Check the order_products table in database for these orders. Make sure there are no zenid in the same field as the product_id.

I used the tutorial that DrByte linked to. The problem was that I had moved my includes/languages/english/modules/payment/authorizenet_aim.php to includes/languages/english/modules/payment/my_template/authorizenet_aim.php. Moving the file back out of the /my_template folder fixed this.

I do not understand it. I have one of PayPal's files in the /my_template folder, and PayPal works fine. Is there something I am missing?
