categories in alternate sideboxes

Hello,

Is there any way I can make a category appear in a different sidebox? Can I make one of the categories listed in the "categories" sidbox appear in the "check it out" sidebox that I recently added?

If you want the category in the alternate sidebox and not the main one, try the "documents sidebox" trick, setting the category to document-general when creating it, then addding product-general. Set Configuration > Layout Settings > Split Categories Box to true. Ajeh has given good descriptions of the process.

If you just want the category to also show up in the alternate sidebox, you can hard-code a link to it.
