Hidden Category

I have looked for an answer and cant find it. I am considering making a couple starter pages that has the repeated info all items need and I will use them save time when adding items to store.

I am thinking I can add these starter pages to a category and then in my admin change the little green box to red so the public cant see it.
My question is if I do it this way will these starter pages show up in Google searches ? If so is there something I can do to stop it ?
