Sending order notification email - not the whole order

Online Pizza site. Someone orders online and the email order goes out. I would like to send a second email, very short "Order 214 has arrived", to the owner/cook/head pearldiver's cell phone in his shirt pocket (zzzzzzzzzzz). This is because his computer and printer are back in the office with door closed. He doesn't need/want the entire order as text on his phone.

A) inlcudes/classes/order.php - I can easily hack a line or two there to send it.
B) or I can use the built in function - which I can't find ....

WAG.... answer is "A"

FYI - config.sql inserts to "configuration" - it's now "ZEN_confi...." (third base!)
Also the "order" showed up with a price of $27.46, the SMS showed up as $27.4578. (second base).

Kind of off subject - but is there a web page that lists all of the product_contrib_info's? Where one could scan the list of ?500?1000?+ - I assume 500+ because the one you pointed me to is 436 - and broken down by category.
