Product pages are blank in website!

I am using version 1.3.7

When someone clicks on a product in a category, the page loads for a few seconds then returns a blank page on the screen and just says 'done' at the bottom. You can view all the items in the categories, but when you click on an item in the category, all you get is a blank page.

I am also having the same problem on the admin side. If I try enough times, I can get the log-in page to appear, but I can't navigate through the admin area without getting more blank pages.

I have not made any changes or edits to the website. Can someone help me with what might be going on??

Works fine on my machine using IE 6 (I use multiple browsers)

You need to upgrade, immediately.

You have a number of images that are monsters ... over 1MB is bad ...

I would try reducing image size and see if that helps ...

I will try reducing the images & see what happens. I guess I don't understand why it was working fine and now it won't load pages at all.

Why is an upgrade so important? Again, site has been working fine up to this point...

I picked one product to start with, located here:

I reduced it to a .gif image instead of a .jpg and I took out all of the links/thumbnails to the backgrounds and the page still will not load...

Categories and sub-categories load fine, but I can't get individual products to upload. I'm still getting the blank pages when I click on an individual product. Please help!!

I still can't get any individual products to load. I was on the phone with my host for over an hour and no resolution. I uploaded my last database backup and that didn't fix the problem. I ran the debugging error log and found the following message:

Looks like that might be the issue, but I have NO idea how to fix it. Here is what the last few lines of code look like on the tpl_main_page.php file:

The simple solution, remove that code and see if it works.
