Broken links

I have a couple broken links on our site www.strengthbeyond.net can someone give me an idea where to look for the problem.
The contact link is not working along with some of the other pages.

Make sure to XXX out your DB details

Well i found the problem just not sure where to fix it.

When you click the link it comes up like above there is no slash between the .net and the index

when I add the slash it works fine.
http://www.strengthbeyond.net/index....age=contact_us

And if you fix these two:

and add the slash:
