Default Looks good but no links work.

The cart used to work but the guy who installed it is out of the picture and I'm clueless as to what happened or how to get it to run again. The cart is all there but no links work.

    http://www.drgaily.com/ZenCart

I am a complete nubee on this, I don't know what version, add ons, etc.

I built the site for my wife using Front Page but didn't install the Zen cart and we want to get it working again.

    Please advise.

    Thanx in advance

I had exact same problem today. look few posts earlier. solutions is to edit configure.php in includes and admin/includes

and for my 192.168.0.103 you put your domain or ip.

    Your site refers to
    file:///C:/Website stuff Gail/www-drgaily-com/ZenCart/index.php

Note to topic starter. Your page might look fine to you, but it's like this for me (LEFT SIDE)

Adding some good old Microsoft Frontpage into the combination..from that I have no experience. I don't know how it goes together with Zen Carts internal layout settings. I don't think it's a good mix..

    Dear Triggeri,

Thank you for your response. How do I "look few posts earlier. solutions is to edit configure.php in includes and admin/includes"

I am a complete idiot where this is concerned. I have built websites and can find my way around Window etc... but have no idea how to proceed even in this forum.

    Thank you

    Please advise

    Nope, not April 1st.

What is "includes" and "admin includes"?

Your links are pointing to a "C: drive" suggesting that the site was developed on a "local" machine (ie: not a web server) and was then transferred to a web server without the TWO "configure.php" files being edited in order to accommocate the "settings" relevant to a web server.

The configure.php files are the "junction boxes" for your zencart site, and basically carry sets of instructions telling the rest of the site where everything is housed.

The first configure.php file resides in a folder called "includes", and the second is in a subfolder of the admin folder, and this sub folder is also called "includes".

So... it is not surprising that you are finding this a bit confusing!

An experienced person could probably correct the settings in a few minutes. Perhaps someone will offer to do it for you quickly... Unfortunately, I am too busy right now...
