What control panel are your hosts providing? It looks like they are using a panel where they allow you to host multiple domains on a single package but treat them as cPanel would treat "Add-On" domains.

In cPanel the normal root pathway is /home/username/public_html/

    You've got /home/username/rvsolarsystems.co.uk/public_html/

That's an odd implementation of cPanel and is probably the reason things aren't working.

The configure in post #32 looks fine to me for a Justhost cPanel-based addon domain with the store then in a subfolder "store".

I agree with Vger that the problem is more likely to be about a misconfigured .htaccess file, or even more likely dodgy permission on files that have been uploaded.

You did say that this kicked in after you added a new template. I'd check that the folders don't have 777 permissions and the files don't have 666.

not guilty think your getting post your confused but rite about the first part anyway I've got justhost support on the the case they were suposed to chang main domain to rvsolarsystems.co.uk as the other one ELCM.co.uk expires in September I will not be using that domain. I just can't get my head round why if I do an install using fantastico it's fine but I don't like thease types of installers as upgrading after can be a royal pain in the

/home/elcmsco1 is the path and user name for your old domain.

Oh, by the way, only just noticed that you have FrontPage extensions installed - so that will prevent .htaccess files from working. Uninstall FrontPage extensions in cPanel and then delete all folders/subfolders beginning with vti_
