Please help me

I have an online digital scrapbooking zen cart store and i have a private area added to it and in the private area and in the private area there is about 7 designers that cannot load any products without getting an error while the other 40 something designers have no problems at all..the error is a 406 error...anyone know what may be causing this

I probably can't help technically but suggest that you be prepared to tell others on the forum what mod it is you are using or how you set-up this private area, as well as a link or non-linked text address to your site, and your Zencart version.
