I am a Newbie having trouble with Product Types

I am using v1.3.9h. It is a brand new upload.
I have been adding products to the catalog and apparently made an error by changing a couple of the product types.

Listed under Catalog > Product Types...
Now I get a 404 error when attempting to do anything with the products.

I cannot remember the original Product Types that were listed, please tell me what the original product types were...I cannot find it anywhere.

look in the root directory and click on the folder named Cache, please post the errors log back here
