i installed the mod Attribute Cross-Validation

i don't find the support for it

in admin-Cross Attributes Control Panel, under Related Attribute, is it possible to choose option name instead of option value?

if it could be, this mod would achieve dependent attributes (conditional attributes)

I'd like to install this mod, but would like to gather a bit of information on it first...the instructions are a little unclear to me as they do not explain where to place the code on the shopping_cart.php file.

Whilst I am not opposed to doing the work to figure that out myself, I need to understand the function of this mod a bit more before I expend that time.

Can anyone tell me if this mod will permit me to create dependency menues as such:

Customer wants to purchase a "toon" for a game; customer navigates to the product page where they may order their "toon".

On that page, they are faced with many options for their "toon's" customization. Options such as male/female and such are obviously simple and are achievable using the basic zc system.

Other options, such as race/class combinations (which are crucial) are not so easy because there are some dependencies...for example, a human (race) can NOT ever be a druid (class).

So, I need to create a system that says:

Customer chooses Human race
then
Customer is not offered an option to choose the class of druid at all...BUT, the customer will still be presented with a drop down of choices of classes that a human can be.

Will this mod achieve this goal?

If not, is there something out there that will (I have seen it but am unsure if the cart was a ZC).

I just don't want to experiment with another attributes mod not knowing if it is remotely what I am looking for --especially since there is no uninstall sql file included.

Mod causes my site to CRASH!! Need to know how to remove this mod successfully without breaking the code for the site.
