How do i set a limit to the amount of characters allowed in the checkout Special Instructions or Order Comments box?

In the checkout shipping template (includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php), change the call to zen_draw_textarea_field to have a 5th parameter of 'maxlength=YOUR_MAX_LENGTH'. Then do the same on the checkout payment page.

Because the couriers that I use, My Hermes, Only allow 30 letters in their comments box.
