I am not completely sure what you mean. There should be a link in the left hand menu, this is the new facebook page layout since March. On older tabbed pages it should still appear as a tab.

If this doesn't help please send me a link to clarify the problem.

The app has being running fine for a couple of day, but now is showing all of my items twice. Is there a way to clean everything and have it pull again?

Hi

You can clear the cache by going to the settings page in Facebook shop and clicking save. But I don't think this will solve the issue, please can you let me know your website so I can investigate the issue.

Thank-you for the information, it appears that the products are appearing twice because the same product is available at two tax rates in the same tax class; 0% and 7%.

A simple fix would be to explicitly set it to only select the priority 1 tax rate.

e.g. Change line 200 in fb_browse.php
From
p.products_status=1
To
p.products_status=1 and tr.tax_priority=1

Hopefully this will resolve the problem and we will investigate how to update the add-on to automatically select the site default tax rate.

I made the change and sure enough no more doubles, but now I have no products lol. That line modification eliminates or products from showing.

Sorry, the line appears twice in the file, please restore the first one and only change the second instance where it appears.

Should look like this:

WHERE
p.products_status=1
and p.products_quantity>0 " . $query_Where . " order by " . $query_Order . $query_Limit;

Hello, I have uploaded all files and when i go to signup inside the facebook app it takes me to your splash page

i dont see where to plug in my key nor do i see any setup screen

Sorry, for the confusion.

After installing the app a Bright Software Solutions sign-up page is displaying showing the product tariffs; at present there is only a FREE beta option.

On clicking the sign-up button, a Facebook permission pop-up appears. After accepting the permission pop-up, the app settings page (Admin Mode) appears, which allows you to enter the plugin key and your shop url.
