Adding a field to Contact Us

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with our current site where customers fill out the contact us form about a question or a problem with a product. We are getting their complain and things fixed and replaced, except the customer is not required to enter the address. Since they are not doing this by default, we are having to contact them again to get their address and it just takes up a lot of free time.

Is there a way I can add a text area field to the contact us form for users to put their address in?
