Free Product with Purchase of 5 or more specific products?

Hello,

I am using the latest version of ZenCart.

I wanted to run a special, offering one of the products in my store as a freebie when someone orders 5 products from a certain category.

For example, if someone buys 5 CDs, I'll throw in a small CD case for free (I'm not selling CDs, this is just an example).

I found this module:

Does anyone know if this is capable of doing what I am describing, or if there is another method or module to handle this?
