I just installed all the files for this mod on our site. I also did all the sql updates and the sql install. I am not sure where the googlefroogle .php file goes. Any help would be appreciated. The documentation wasnt that clear to me.

Try Configuration=>Google Base Configuration then edit the "Output Directory" for your XML file.
/YOU_ADMIN_Folder/includes/functions/extra_functions contains the file location of "googlefroogle.php".
