Hi
I have a scenario where I have a parent category (94) with a number of sub categories (say 95, 96, 97).
I want to add a fixed shipping charge if one or more items from any of the sub categories is in the cart.
I assume I can add a check for each of the sub categories - this is where I started. However these may change over time. What would be ideal would be to check the parent_id and add a charge based on that.
I changed the check from master_categories_id to parent_id - but that just breaks it :) I am guessing the issue is that the parent ID is not recorder in the cart?
Is there an easy way to check for a parent ID? Or am I best to continue with a check of the sub category ID's?
Thanks in advance!
Can this facility be also added to the high speed shipping module?
Does anyone know how?
