Adding Constant Contact Newsletter Box

Using version 1.3.9.

My client uses CTCT for her newsletter service. Changing is not an option.

How can I install the script for the signup box? Or where do I find those instructions?

I'm a complete Zencart greenie. I've searched the forum, but either it's not there, I'm just blind, or the actual steps to uploading and installing this module are requisites.

I'm perfectly happy to follow step-by-step instructions, but I don't see them. The readme doesn't shed light. I upload what I think the file should be, but I don't know what command I'm supposed to use in the SQL Patch area of Admin to get this information up there.

Suggestions?
