About to Go Live - Worldpay Payment module

I am about to turn our Online Sales website on.

I'm not a Web Designer & I have had the Zencart install done on my behalf (I have just tweaked and added products).

As you can imagine, I am a little bit nervous.
The RBS payment module seems to be working fine.

Browsing products appears to be OK.

But still I am nervous.
Should I be?

OK - Went live.

Made a transaction, but the Order does not show up.
Strange...

It went through the Whole payment route... took me through worldpay.
Then stuck there.

Notofication from Worlpay that payment had been made.

Nothing as a notifiaction from Zencart?

Any ideas?

OK - After running through 2 more payments.

All works fine.

- But the Worldpay Thankyou for Payment Page remains.
- No notification to the Store of payment
- Transaction COnfirmations come through OK
- No Debug Emails....


retyped MD5 secret key.. Both in WorldPay and the Store..

Stuck... can anyone help?

Any progress on this? I have the same symptoms, but I do have debug info. WorldPay sends the callback, with the correct password, but Zen Cart fails to recognise the password. I've checked carefully that I typed it correctly into the WorldPay payment module in zcadmin. So I'm stuck too.

Found the solution! It was a sessions configuration problem discussed on page 14 of the WorldPay Module version 2.0 support thread in March 2009. For the WorldPay module to work you need to log in to the Zen Cart admin pages (zcadmin > configuration > sessions) and check that

Force Cookie Use
Check SSL Session ID
Check User Agent
Check IP Address

are all set to false. (I had two of them set to true).

Of course there are plenty of php.ini settings that could have needed changing too, but in my case I just made sure that register globals, magic quotes, and session.use_trans_sid were turned off.

Callback failure seems to be quite common when trying to set up WorldPay payments. It would be good to have a list of what might cause it.
