I wanted to add the following declaration on the listing pages of products only in one category:

In accordance with the provisions of the "Burmese Jade Act of 2008" of the US Government, we cannot ship Burmese-Origin Rubies to the United States. Please note that this restriction applies specifically only to Burmese Rubies - customers in the US can still buy all other gemstones, including other gemstones of Burmese origin (i.e. Spinels, Sapphires, Star Sapphires, etc). Only customers having their shipping address in the United States of America will be affected by this restriction.

Is there a way to do this without editing the description of each and every product in that particular category?
