1146 Table doesn't exist

I'm pretty confident I won't find a solution but I'll try....

I have zencart 1.3.9h no upgrade, installed this last week.
I have php 5.2.14
Template is free_zen_cart_template2
It's hosted on Lunarpages
I am trying to install usa_epay, I placed the folder in properly (I think) but I don't know how to install the mysql.sql

I called usa_epay and they said I installed it right because it's in the zen admin under "modules/payment". From there I set it up with their help. Today I tried a test run with one of their test credit card numbers and if I have the wrong cc date (a date earlier that todays) I get an error "Internet explorer cannot read this webpage format".

If I use a proper CC I go on to the next page to confirm. When I click the confirm button I get this error:

1146 Table 'thefish2_zc1.zen_usaepay_api' doesn't exist

Use phpmyadmin to inspect the other tables and to insure that the usaepay_api table has a matching prefix to your other tables

usaepay_api may be there but it appears that it should be zen_usaepay_api

I can't find any tables for usa_epay. All the tables look like this zen_address_format so I assume I'm in the right section because they all start with zen.

Like I mentioned, I don't think i installed it right. It says I need to use myphpadmin to install mysql.sql but I don't know how. Could someone explain to me how to install/run mysql.sql with phpMyAdmin?


Here are the instructions

INSTALLATION:

The files are arranged in the same structure as Zen-Cart v1.2.2

Run the attached SQL file via phpMyAdmin

Go to the Admin ...
Go to Modules ...
Go to Payment ...
Select USA ePay ...
Enter your appropriate information provided by USA ePay

You are done!

The only part I didn't know how to do was the "Run the attached SQL file via phpMyAdmin"

If you have the sql file, open it in notepad and copy & paste it into your admin > tools > sql patches

That took care of the error. Now I just get the message the the CC has been declined. I'll talk to usa_epay tomorrow about how to use the test CC number.

ONE MORE problem though, if I enter a date earlier that todays date I get a error page:
The server was unable to send acceptable data

Check that the address is spelled correctly, or try searching for the site.

I don't get an error page saying wrong card, I get an error from Internet Explorer saying "Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format"

I have one item in the store, just use a bad CC number or use a month/year earlier than this month.

Why can't it just go to a page that tells the customer it's a bad CC, try again....

Hi All,
I am so glad that I found this forum because I was having the same issue. The SQL Patch fixed the original problem but now I am receiving this message:

Error Invalid Issuer - Your card has been declined. Please re-enter in your card information, try another card, or contact the store owner for assistance.

Did anyone figure out the fix for this problem?

That's a message coming from the gateway. You need to talk to your gateway company, ie: whoever provides your merchant account.

I spoke to my gateway company. They said that I cannot use test card numbers on a live site. I didn't know that. I then used a real card and it is working perfectly.
