hi, currently i have a handling fee table rate set up per dollar amount of sale.

i offer free shipping to the us and tell all other countries to email for a shipping quote since i do not know the weights till packaged.

i want to set up another test store to change my settings and test if they work.

if i understand correctly i can make my table rate for us zone only.

i ship to canada and at times over seas, i would like some suggestions on how to set up my different zones without using weights on all my items.

also how do i do test runs for out of country ?

such as how to set up a dummy out of country account.

Just use a different email address and a valid other country province, city, address
