I'm trying to figure out Firebug and Web Developer but holy cow!!! Is there a decide starter tutorial out there? This stuff is completely foreign to me. Also would not mind reading something that explains a bit about what the different files like css and php actually do. I have a bit of experience with HTML but I don't have a clue where css and php come into play or what they do.
