Help! Cannot Add or Edit Products

Hi All,
I just installed Zen Cart and cannot figure out why I get a blank page in the admin when trying to add a new product or edit an existing one. I had the dummy products installed to get used to the system.

I can add new categories though.

I have no idea where to start on finding a solution to this. Unfortunately I cannot do anything with the site until I figure our why I can't add or edit products.

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

No Add-Ons
Installed on my localhost WAMP server - for now

I read the tutorial and do not know what this statement means:

"If you're dealing with blank admin pages, for the upload destination, substitute the /admin/includes/extra_configures folder instead of /includes/extra_configures where mentioned in the instructions."

I saw no mention of the extra_configures folder in the basic set up of products so I am a little confused.

Checked my cache for error logs and found this one:

"PHP Parse error: parse error in PATH_TO_MY_INSTALL\includes\modules\product\collect_info.php on line 343"

I looked at the line and it looks like something is out of place. Not sure exactly what but something isn't right.

Should I post the code here?

Strange that I didn't have any add-ons and got a similar issue as the link you posted.
