applying special discount on select attributes only

Hi,

I have been trying to resolve this one for the last few hours to no avail...

My attributes are set up according to weight increments of 0.5 kilos starting at 1 kilo default - it is a drop down list that allows the customer to select the weight of the produce...

Accordingly, I would like to discount the first 5 attributes...

On the specials, I have adjusted the price - the first attribute (1 kilo) appears fine - 1.99 instead of 4.99 - however, the rest of the attributes do not recognize the special discount... 1.5 kilos is calculated as (1.99 + (4.99/2)), 2 kilos is calculated as (1.99+4.99) and so forth. The 1.99 price needs to apply for up to 3 kilos... (1.99*3) and from that point calculate the following weight increments according to the regular price...eg: the price of 4 kilos would be (1.99*3)+4.99...

I have used price factor to calculate each weight increment - 0.5 kilos increments...

I would greatly appreciate some suggestions...

Apply Discounts Used
by Product Special/Sale: YES
