Your settings look fine. So tell me, where do you see these settings that you posted earlier?

i check image size in image handler and i found all 3 images site are same here:
Default size 85x85
Medium size 85x85
Large size 85x85

If you want to PAY someone to fix this for you, then you need to find and contact someone to do this for you directly.. this support thread is not the place to do it.. and as ScriptJunkie has said you need to do your OWN comparison..

You need to review ALL of your image setting and set them up appropriately based on YOUR requirements for your store..

There is a whole DETAILED section in the readme dedicated to image settings.. You need to review it, and then you need to review your image setting and set them up accordingly.

You've posted at least THREE different versions of your image settings which leads me to believe that you not only have not looked at your own settings, or the readme section which covers them, you are simply GUESSING right now how to set these settings.

Since this is covered in the readme, I don't see the point of repeating on this support thread what has been covered and documented in the readme that came with IH3. If after reading the documentation that comes with IH3 there is something you need clarified, we are all happy to answer your questions for you..

So here's what I suggest as a course of action for you.

1. Review the section of the readme which covers image sizes
2. Update your image size settings according to the needs of your store

or

1. Hire someone to help you get this all setup and straightened out for you.

Ok, well these image sizes are taken directly from the image settings that you set in admin>configuration>images....the same settings you've posted previously.

Based on the image settings you've posted, either you're not posting all your image settings, or all of your image settings are not available for you to configure in the admin due to installation error or template conflict.

You need to take the following steps:

• Uninstall IH3 according to the uninstall instructions found in the readme file.
• Change your template to the zen cart classic template temporarily
• Reinstall IH3 according to the install instructions in the readme
• Configure IH3 according to the configuration instructions in the readme.

Of course, these steps will require you to actually read the readme in its entirety.

No further support will be provided unless and until you follow these steps, because if you're not able or willing to do these things, then there's nothing further we can do to assist you...our hands are simply tied.


If, after following the steps above and while still using the classic zen cart template, you find that either:

• IH3 works as expected, then you know the problems you've had are related to your custom template. We can't help you with that. You will need either a new template that is made for zen cart, or hire someone to fix it.

Image Handler is being re-developed for v1.5 too..

It won't happen overnight.. Goodness gracious...

If you need it SOONER than folks in their free time can deliver, then INVEST in paying a developer to get it Zen Cart v1.5 ready for you.. In the meantime.. patience is a virtue..

I've just realised that Image Handler 3 is not compartible with newest Zen Cart v.1.5. What a sad story. I can't see this lovely pass: Admin > Tools >Image Handler3. Hopeful that things are going to change soon.
