help question Re: Orders suddenly "getting lost" between SIM & Zen

I'm having the same issue using authorize.net as a payment gateway.

My gateway that is processing is Authorize.net (SIM).

    Any help is appreciated

    Fastest solution: Use AIM instead.

Otherwise, sort out whatever communications delays are happening between sending your customer to the SIM website and waiting for them to come back somehow.

So just using Authorize.net (AIM) will fix the issue and the complete order information will be emailed to the site admin?

Yes, AIM provides a more seamless experience for both the customer and the storeowner. You'll want to have SSL on your site, but you should be doing that anyway.
