I had this problem tried using the < Send Email> form Admin but the following ERROR came out:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Hidden/mail.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Possibly the hosting company has made some server changes that have impacted file permissions.
