All products Disappeared from Categories Pages

All products Disappeared on all category pages after working on a few mods/plugins. Plugins I was working on were "ez_thumbnails"
. I don't think this plugin may have actually done this but just to let you know.

If this happened to you or something similar please let me know what may have caused this issue and what you did to solve it.

What was your method of uploading this module to your server..

1. Did you use Winmerge and compare the .php files?
2. If the module and your store .php files are a match you have to munge the .php together..
3. You just can't load the module on top of the core files...
4. You will break the code...
5. look here and post back any error please:

all products do appear on the database and each master_categories_id have a number assigned other than 0.

I didn't overwrite any files, don't really remember if I edited certain file. The cache folder does not have any error log.

Just checked and everything looks fine, the category IDs are valid, each product belongs to the correct category.
