Preview of Welcome email in admin showing EMAIL_SUBJECT EMAIL_GREET_NONE etc

Hi All,
My email on Tools/Email Welcome does not display rigth:

Subject: EMAIL_SUBJECT [IMG][/IMG]

EMAIL_GREET_NONE
EMAIL_WELCOME
EMAIL_COUPON_INCENTIVE_HEADERNew Customer 5% Off
EMAIL_COUPON_REDEEMWelcome
EMAIL_TEXT
EMAIL_CONTACT
EMAIL_GV_CLOSURE




It displays the above without any formatting. I have created a test account and I get the above email.

Please if someone can point me in the right direction with this issue.

There are php files missing in your installation. Probably language files.

You need to extablish what files are missing (or corrupted) and reload them from a clean unzipped ZC program of the same version you are using.

Try reloading this .php file please...

root directory/ your admin name/ email_welcome.php

EMAIL_COUPON_INCENTIVE_HEADERNew Customer 5% Off
1. notice the New Cutomer 5% OFF
2. you must of have edited the email_welcome.php

Haredo, I reloaded the email_welcome.php to the location listed and the same.

schoolboy, can you please suggest where?
Includes or the Admin section?

I just downloaded a clean 1.3.9h version.

Looks like you're missing several files, as a result of partially removing, or only partially installing, various addons.
