Default Customers basket not loading on login

    Hi guys
I'm running ZC 1.3.9 and have a problem that the cart contents stored in customers_basket table are not loading on login by customer. One issue I have noticed is that the product_id is on the id itself eg 273 and not 273:-long mumble-jumble-string that looks a lot like the ZC security token.

I've had a look at the shopping_cart class and it seems to go into all the right loops, however the items don't end up in the shopping cart.

Any help would be much appreciated because I've spent a few hours now with no outcome.

    Thanks
    Wolf

    Hi haredo
I logged in again this morning and then checked the cache folder however there's no new entry.
A bit more background on what I'm doing is that I'm trying to use the customer's basket to merge cart content from my WordPress site.
I'm actually placing records into the customers_basket and customers_basket_attributes myself as an way off integrating with another website, I'm inserting all the required information bar the long string as example below:
    455:6f1b51ecbda11c1b3e3f798850d55802
this is found in the products_id field of customers_basket, where 455 is the actual product id, however I got no idea what it is.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

When attributes are part of the Product the products_id has the:
    products_id:attributes

You will notice in the tables:
    customers_basket
    customers_basket_attributes

how these are matched up ...

There is also a clean up if the prdocuts_id is missing from the products table and that will remove the records in the customers_basket

    Thanks for that
Now for the trick question, how can I generate the attributes string since it's not a simple case of taking aatributes id etc and making a string out of them it seems.
    Can I use zen_get_uprid($products_id, $attributes)?
And if I can what is the structure of $attributes?

Sorry about all this indepth stuff but I'm having a bit of a hard time sorting this one.

    The prid is complicated ...

If you are trying to build something to build a customer's basket, it is best to login and build the Product you want so you can see what the setting is for the Product with those attributes ...

If you are not deleting and changing Products and its Attributes then you can build the correct prid and see what the needed entrees are for the two tables:
    customers_basket
    customers_basket_attributes

If you are just using dropdowns and radiobuttons then this should not be difficult to reproduce ...

If you use the other Attribute Type, it gets more complicated based on the setting of the products_options_value_text ...
