Changeing product weight

hi guys can some one tell me how i can change the product weight from lbs to ml as i sell fragrances and want to add the liquid value IE 30ml

A word of warning:

Many/Most shipping modules will use the weight data to calculate shipping costs, and they will have rather unexpected results if the product 'weights' are in ml.
