EZpage link going to home page - Order IS properly set

I've created a lot of zen sites and I've never had one do this before. I created EZ pages but only the footer links are working. I have deleted and re-added them, changed the sort order all around. Re-installed the header-bar.php page, I just don't know where else to look.

Any ideas?

We figured it out! I had made my logo space at the top too thin for the actual logo. The logo appeared correctly but it somehow disabled the links. As soon as I enlarged that space it functioned properly.
