Singapore is included in my shipping zones (SG in zone 3)
But the customer was told that there is no shipping to Singapore after going through shopping and checkout procedure.
Is the problem based on the way she wrote her address? I have shipped to Singapore before with no problem.
Any tips are most appreciated, thanks!
