Default Unable to find "Install" button for payment module

I am to setting up shopping carts. I looked everywhere for this and can't find how to do this, so I appreciate your help.

    1. I want to put PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons on my product pages. How do I add this button to my pages?

    2. I can't figure out how to set up my PayPal API Credentials for "PayPal Express Checkout". When I click Admin > Modules > Payment, this is the page I see

There is no "Install" or anywhere to put my API username and password. Am I missing a step somewhere?

    This is a fresh Zen-Cart 1.3.9h install.

    Thank you very much

    W

I know this is an old thread but I ran across the same issue and stumbled on this thread which actually lead me to checking the log files...

Anyway, I was getting the following in my cache/myDEBUG-adm logs :
    Code:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in *****/zen-cart/includes/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php on line 1355
As I'm on shared hosting, I was able to fix by adding an .htaccess file to the root of the zen cart installation containing the following line:
    Code:
    php_value memory_limit 64M
You could also address this by modifying your php.ini configuration.
