No "download" button on my Downloadable Products

Having problems getting a test downloadable product (test.zip) to be offered on http://www.knowledge-shop.com with ZenCart 1.3.9h

Getting this below but there is NO download button.

To download your files click the download button and choose "Save to Disk" from the popup menu.

You can also download your products at a later time at 'My Account'

You can view your order history by going to the My Account page and by clicking on "View All Orders".

b) "test" is not "test.zip" -- maybe you've not configured it with the correct filename

Hi DrByte,

I just had this very thing happen today also.

Customer link expired and I went into the admin and changed the yellow button to green. it gave me 2 days, BUT when the client goes to the download it says 0bytes.

So I checked a few things:
1. Download has the lil green button
2. Download in the file matches the exact name

I'm at a lost at this one though.
I've had several orders today w/o issues in downloading, just when it's expired the button isn't showing up and it's saying 0bytes.

What the customer is getting:

Have experienced this problem...Solved by using only lower case text for name of zip file.

A customer paid for a downloadable product via a PayPal e-check. Now that the check as cleared PP, her download page is showing no download button and has an expiration date of 12/12/2011. I have no expiration date on any of the downloads.

Unlike the other request here, all of the products show the correct size and have been downloaded many, many times both before and again since.

I tried toggling the status from Pending to Update thinking that might trigger sometime. Any ideas?

If you go to that Product, do you see the Download file with the green icon?

If you go to her order, do you see the Download listed on the Product such as:

Can you check that your download image is working for the button? Example: mine is at:
/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/button_download.gif

Have you tested an order with this Product and download on it on your own account?

if you go into phpMyAdmin and browse the table:
orders_products_download

do you see the download filename listed for that Order's orders_id in the table?
