Keep Cart Module - cart won't empty after checkout

Hello, after install keep cart module everything works well but after order complete the cart does't empty. How can i fix this?

Hi,

The cookie that holds the cart contents should be cleared when you reach the checkout confirmation page. Have you made any modifications to your checkout flow? What version of Zen Cart are you using and what add-ons do you have installed?

My version is 1.38a and i have many modules installed. The only one with modded checkout is fast checkout by numinix. I'm searching hours to find a solution. My site is http://www.e-matrix.gr

Take time to upgrade to 139h for important security reasons and vicious hacks...

If the fast checkout mod bypasses the final checkout confirmation screen then Keep Cart won't work with it.

We are using the Fast & Easy Checkout with Keep Cart without any problems. On both an older site with an older version of FEC and also a new 1.3.9h site with the latest version of FEC. Have you tried it with a different browser to make sure it's not a cache issue?

Thank you for your help but I can't find a solution. I've tried other browsers and i have the same problem. I can't upgrade my version because most of my files are custom and i don't have time to merge. Only God can help me....

I have just placed a test order on your site and Keep Cart is working correctly, the cart is empty after checking out. I can only assume the payment method was check/money order since I don't read Greek.

Thank you very much for your support. You are so good. Your cart was empty after checkout because there was not in stock after...if the product is in stock apears in cart.. that gives me an idea to play with the code in part that handles the cart depended if it is in stock after checkout. (sorry for my english)

Once a Visitor logs in shouldn't the cookie get cleared as the cart contents are stored in the database and the purpose is served ??
