I have a customer who meant to order two of an item but only ordered one. I told him to just order another and use the store pickup shipping option and I'd ship them both for the same shipping as for one.
He says he can't find that shipping option. I have it turned on, so how can I verify it's really available - and where is it so I can tell customers exactly how to use it?
I'll also need it for using my store to sell items directly at shows.
