Default Opening up 'more' Countries after origionally locking it down

I originally set my site up to ship only to US and Canada and now I am looking to open it up anywhere that USPS will ship to. I went through the forums here an tried a couple things only to find out I killed the US ordering. The site is pretty busy and I can't really afford that.

Is there a 'quick' way to accomplish this? I have reached out to a few to see if anyone is interested is a little freelance work as I just don't have the time. Unfortunately I have a 'real' job and the site was just an 'on the side' thing that has produced 2000 orders in three months. Needless to say I'm sure there are some tweaks and maintenance that it needs.

Opening up the International market is first priority tho... Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a Zone setup on your USPS shipping module? If so, does it work if you remove it?

Check also that you have the current USPS January 2, 2011 C version of the shipping module ... from post #26 on the thread:

How exactly did you "lock it down"?

If you deleted all the countries from the countries table in the database, you'll need to truncate that database table and reload the original values for just that table from the original mysql_zencart.sql install script.

ok... forgive me if I'm slow but here goes...

1 - when I go to the shipping module my 'zones' show US and Canada. I haven't removed them as last time I tried messing with it I lost US all together

2 - As far as 'lock it down' I apologize for the choice of words. I did read about those pulling all the countries manually out of Zen Cart but I chose just to create the US and Canada zones. Again, this was three months ago when I set it up and couldn't tell you the step-by-step that I did.

So with that being said should I be able to 'open it all' up just by removing the zones in the shipping module?

Is there another module that needs to be dropped in to add more countries or are the ones included in ZenCart the most needed?

Again, sorry if they are ignorant questions. I'm a pretty technical guy in general but the Web work was never my specialty.

    Thanks for the prompt responses.

That's a good place to start.
