new installation can't get to admin

I'm setting up zencart for the first time and following :

letter by letter even had the mrs following to make sure I don't cheat or mess it up
I renamed the folder zzz46
type this: www.100degreesclothing.co.uk/zzz46/
get this:

Not Found

The requested URL /admin/alert_page.php was not found on this server.

and have the file permission set to 444 for the folder only ( instructions just say read only! )

please please please help.

Please don't post your admin name..
Now the whole world knows it...

You need to change it then, edit throught your www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel
you will need to change the permissions on the folder from 444 to 644 before you can edit it..
Then you will change the word admin to your_secret_admin name
When done change permissions back to 444..
